Enrollment Seminars

2009-2010 School Year

If you are interested in enrolling at The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School please call the Admissions Office at 1-888-PA CYBER for information and to schedule an appointment.

Documents required for enrollment are:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency (copy of a mortgage or lease agreement, school tax I.D. statement)
  • Parent/guardian’s PA drivers license or government issued I.D. (has to match residency)
  • An updated and complete set of the student’s immunization records
  • IEP/GIEP evaluation reports, if applicable
  • Name and physical address of school district of residence
  • Name and address of school student is currently attending
  • A copy of the student's most-recent grades, a report card for kindergarten through 8th grade or a transcript for students in grades 9 through 12.

Classes may not be scheduled for incoming students until the student's academic transcript, home school evaluation, and/or IEP, 504, or evaluations (if applicable) are received.
